ALEX'S COSTUME...
The male lead will be wearing similar clothes to this. He looks smart and sophisticated yet what he is wearing is still fashionable. This is what typical young adults wear out and this is why it is perfect for our character.
I have learnt from this as it has really given me an idea of what the characters costumes will look like on screen.
These costumes are available as the actor has got the clothes and items that we have selected for him to bring to the setting of filming.

The Shoes will be simple but stylish to go with the young theme of a Rom-Com and will make him look very smart.
JENNY'S COSTUME...
The main female character will be wearing a similar dress to this, high heels and look like she is about to go out to a club.
Her hair will be down and she will look well presented to show she has made an effort and is going to go out somewhere nice.
A dress that is sophisticated yet trendy and looks like she is going out to a club/party.
I have learnt from this as it gives an idea of what the costumes will look like on screen. Again, the clothes we be available as the actor has the items and is bringing then to the set of filming.
High heeled shoes to show that it’s in the evening. They well be sexy and stylish to show her personally and confidence she has in herself.

It seems a little odd to say that you have learnt what the characters will look like when it is you who has decided what they are going to wear! Could you instead think about how you will organise these clothes to be available - will you check that actors can dress themselves, for example? Are the images a guideline rather than specific?
